Tim was born and raised with the business.
As a child he would go with his father who started in 1946, and learn everything he could.
Married in 1986 to his wife Paulette they now have two adopted children Katelyn born
1997 and Megan born 2002.After the business Tim spends all his spare time with his family.

Area High School. Graduated in 1978 with honors.
Reaching for his goal he excelled in
sports. Tim's best was Track and Field with the Shot-put, Discus and Javelin. One of his
major events was out at UCLA were he finished second. Always following his fathers
footsteps he went to Vo-Tech School for Plumbing and Heating. |

Graduated in 1978 with a scholarship.
Competed in Vica as head of class. 3 Years
of study for Plumbing and Heating. Most of the time going over system design and service,
with book and practical experience.. |

average with Residential and Commercial application. Hands on experience with
refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Sub-Cooling, Super-Heat and Engineering. |

After enjoying business
short course from Wharton Tim enrolled in a distant learning program
so he could get his degree and run the business.

MBA in Business
Administration 10-95 to 5-97 with a 3.82
CPU was in
trouble for legal issues after Tim's final graduation that year.
California
recognizes CPU degrees earned before June 25, 1997 as
"legally valid".
